- Hello and I'm glad to be here. My name is Robin and I am the single mother to a wonderful 16 year old daughter. I also work fulltime as a Department Director for the Dept of the Navy. In addtion, I am the founder of the new company A Balanced Life, LLC .
My interest is to assist women in living balanced and fulfilled lives. This starts on the inside. I believe it is important for women to take care of themselves physically, spirtually and emotionally. If this doesn't happen then women find themselves feeling frustrated and overwhelmed.
This passion is personal. For years, I lived my live in a constant state of choas. The pace I was keeping was non-stop. This was not healthy. I then had to re-evaluate my life. I have since learned that it is essential that I maintain a sense of health and balance.
In addition, I have over 17 years of experience working with children, youth, teens and their families. I have been a featured conference speaker on child development issues, customer service, professionalism, leadership and building a cohesive team.

Still Time for Summer Fun
