So glad you asked! I'm not quite forty yet, but VERY close... and have experienced severe fatigue for a long time. The first thing that came to my mind is: have you had your thyroid checked? Mine keeps getting out of whack... and it CAN start late...
I am nearly 42 and have two girls aged 8 & 9 born 12 months and 1 week apart. I don't think I have recovered from sleep deprivation as yet. I recently thought I was going completely insane because it was just my willpower that kept me going. If I ...
I just found something natural that has been around for 1000's of years. Besides energy (the non-jittery kind) it is loaded with anti-oxidants. Check out this Squidoo page for more info.

I concur with Traci-training. Now I am no one to talk because I just signed up for dog obedience training for my 2-yr old min poodle. If it's really bad sometimes you can have a trainer come in or even send him to "boarding school" my neighbors bo...
Hi Roianne, sorry been busy and just now saw this. Well, aside from not giving him free reign to have access to food on the counter UNTIL he's reliably trained; I would do some setup training sessions.
Put him on lead, set out food on the counter...

Hey Roianne (what an unusual and beautiful name!), I recently turned 46 in Feb. and about 9 mos. ago I had read (in more than one place) that a multivitamin is a good start, but not near enough to substantiate the need for energy as we age. I bega...

Hi, I have a 5 year old Weimeraner named Winston. He is about 130 lbs. If I leave anything in his reach on my counter top, it is history. Gobbled down before I can stop him. How can I stop him from eating everything in his sight>?
I read your post on Married Mamas (introductions)... The Friday Night Dates with your husband sound lovely! I hope my husband and I can say something similar after 22 years of marriage.
I'm a hopeless romantic.... your post made my day :)
Roianne, you are so sweet! I have been learning about Internet Marketing since November. I am in the process of writing my first Ebook and getting ready to launch my website, TodaysHappyMom! I'm nervously excited about the prospects! It all takes TIME -- a lot for me to learn!
How's your energy level? I'm sure you'll be able to bring it up if you do some of the things that were suggested by all the fabulous ladies here!
Thanks to my wonderful DH, I had a deep-tissue massage today! Wow! ALL mothers need to have this done on a REGULAR basis and I decided today that I'm gonna put it in my budget. I'll start out getting one every 3 months and then go from there.
If we women take better and proper care of ourselves on a regular basis, we are much more energized, joyful and creative and therefore, we are able to serve our children, husbands, family and friends in a much more beneficial way.
I've had to learn this the hard way. Experience is often the best teacher. What doesn't kill us can make us stronger, huh?! :-)
Well, there I go rambling again. Sorry about that! Have a great rest of the week!
