At 6:32am on January 21, 2009, Debbye Cannon said…: Good Morning from UT Ruthie! I just joined TwitterMoms last night. Still learning my way around. Love connecting w/ busy women. I'm a "senior mom" (kids are adults now) but I have been a WAHM (mostly direct sales) for most of my "mom years". I home educated my two (son now 29, daughter now 27) the upper 6 grades and love to help others along that path.
Our son has ADD and Asperger's Syndrome. He's very high functioning intellectually (am I intellectual enough to spell that?) but more awkward socially. He's just returned to college this month and except for one melt down last week, he's doing ok so far.
Daughter is expecting our first grand child (girl) so I am also interested in "baby stuff" again! LOL!
We are active in our church, love to sqaure and round dance and relocate (as retired Army I think we have a gypsy gene). Our home state is TX, but we came to UT a year ago to live nearer daughter.
