Mominate your Mom for featured Mom of the month!

Write a 1000 word essay telling the world “What My Mom Means to Me” beginning Mar 1, 2009.

Mominate TM your Mom! Each month, LuvyaMom.com will sponsor an essay contest where you may Mominate TM y our Mom to become one of two (2) women who will be honored for Outstanding Character, Integrity, and the Courage to display tough love. We want to hear about the tough choices and wise decisions your Mom or Mother figure had to make, in raising you to be the person you are today. What a wonderful way to say Thank You for all the sacrifices she’s made, in her life, on your behalf.

Honorees will be divided into 2 categories, with 1 winner per category: Red Rose Tributes (Living Mothers) and White Rose Tributes (Mothers who’ve passed on) The contest will begin March 1. Entry forms are accepted until 11:59p.m the 24th of each month. Winning entries will be notified by email or phone and Moms will be featured beginning Apr. 1, 2009. Featured Moms will then go into our Moms Hall of Fame, and there's another surprise we'll tell you about a little later :)

Rules

Very simple, the essays must be no more than 1000 words (the first word after 1000 automatically disqualifies the mominee). All entries must be made using our contact form.
Entry forms will appear in this section beginning Mar. 1, 2009. Contest Rules/Eligibility Contestants must be at least 13 years of age. Your Mom can only be entered once per month, and only once per family! Administrators of the LuvyaMom.com site are not eligible to enter.
