Gluten (found in wheat, rye, barley and oats) has been linked to conditions such as celiac, autism, ADHD, rheumatoid arthritis, infertility, depression etc.! I have written children's books on healthy eating and am working on a gluten free menu book!

I have been a tweeter for a while now- but never really understood it till this past week- when I spent a while on line getting comfortable in my Tweet shoes ! ..
