- They grow up so fast. My oldest turned 19 yesterday & my youngest turned 13 last Friday. They are exactly 6 years & 1 week apart. Not really planned that way, just had some complications in between. I'm hoping to finish my spec ed in 2 to 3 years, but I have to work so I only take 9 hours a semester, which slows me down.

- Thank you for the wonderful comment and welcome. I haven't blogged much about preeclampsia yet but I do know that it is a condition that is related to a rise in blood pressure during pregnancy. Women with preeclampsia experience hypertension with swollen ankles, irritability and kidney problems. They also have a rise in protein in their urine. My sister-in-law suffered this when she was pregnant. If it gets severe doctors usually induce labor early or schedule a c section. My sister-in-law's baby was born ten weeks early by c section because her preeclampsia was really bad. My niece was in the hospital for a while but now she is a beautiful and healthy seven-year-old.
