I felt the same way. We were in a new to us area about a year when I got pg with DS1. I live rural and barely know my neighbors. I felt very isolated for the first 20 months or so. Then I found a MOPS group in the town about 20 minutes away. They ...

What I have learned this week
I'm taking this journaling/scrapbook class from shimelle.com called Learn Something New Every Day. It runs the whole month of September. The main thrust of it is to write one sentence every day of what new thing you learned that day. She sends you a lesson every day, taking about what she learned & how she learned it, giving you ideas about how to pause & look around you at your life, plus she includes some examples of how she & others have scrapped this lesson. All by myself
Tomorrow is a Big Day! Tomorrow is a milestone I have been waiting years for.
I'm going to Sam's Club ALONE!!!
I've never been to Sam's Club alone. Not once. Ever. Never in the 6 years of having a Sam's Club membership have I ever walked in those doors alone.
We got the membership to stock up on things before Havoc was born. DH naturally accompanied me. He's a born shopper and since we were both working the only time either of us could go was on the weekends. We spent far more time looking at… Continue
