- WOW! What a warm welcome! I can already tell I am going to love this group! I am VERY new to sewing and embroidery. I just got a Singer Futura CE 350 for Christmas. I have managed to ruin way more items than I have actually created successfully, but I am learning and enjoying the process. I have been able to applique a chenille initial for my friend who had a new baby this week and I was quite proud of myself for that. Also, I have monogrammed a few items without destroying them. Today I am cutting out a reversible jumper for my 17 month old daughter, that I plan to applique on. Thanks for the warm welcome !
