Sue, I think there are a ton too. I can imagine that there could be some scary repercussions of trying to sell unlicensed though.

I have a sneaking feeling that nobody responds to this question because there are a lot of unlicensed bakers? I just cant get an answer from anyone on this..but thanks for your response Lorie!

I might be opening a can of worms here, but I am thinking of selling my biscotti online on Artfire. I was wondering, will I need to get a license to do so.. to bake from my home? What do you guys do?
