A little about yourself...
I'm a work-from-home mum evangelist! Now running two successful home businesses, I'll never go back to the office routine - ever! I

http://www.homebizchicks.com is the ultimate resource for women working from home. If you don't know how to start and grow a successful home business - we can show you how!

I'm a 38 year old wife and mother to a todller aged daughter, 2 teenage step daughters and have another one on the way (due in September 09!).

Before turning to home-based business, I had a successful (and stressful!) career as a journalist and public relations executive working for private enterprise and government.

Having a baby helped me realise two dreams – to be a mother, and to start out on my own.

I started my first home-based business in public relations in 2007 just six months after the birth of my first child and less than a year later, achieved a six figure turnover.

Launched in early 2009, http://www.homebizchicks.com was born from the idea of helping other women who feared going out on their own - I want to show them the steps they can take to start and grow a successful home business.
What kinds of things do you typically Twitter about?
working from home, how to grow your business, new projects I'm working on, my whacky extended Greek family
What are your areas of interest?
mommyhood, business, technology, social media, twitter, the arts, work-at-home, fashion and beauty, fitness, writing

Time Poor? Overwhelmed?

When you make the leap to work from home, you'll find you are given the gift of time. This can be a joyous awakening that creates the space you need to live the life of your dreams and allows you to plan your day according to your own desires and goals.

It can also be a major pitfall, because often for the first time, there's no one else running your agenda. There's no boss, no manager, no project deadline given to you by someone else. How you spend your time is entirely up to you -- and if you… Continue

Do you have a Twitter account? What do you tweet about?

I tweet about my fight with breast cancer and becoming a mom for the first time. I have been trying to find more people to follow me so that I can spread awareness:
