Try to find balance. Sometimes I just can't even open these sites until I've done what I need to do that day. Timesuckers, although valuable!

A little about yourself...

I am a mom to two, 19 and 23. I am a parent coach and have worked with families for 30 + years as a social worker,
(LCSW), psychotherapist and now a coach!
I love helping parents get peace and harmony at home by getting in touch with their parenting powers. In the past year I have written 3 books, have produced DVDs and audios to spread the word.
