- A little about yourself...
- I am married with one daughter. I am a Registered Nurse. I worked in the Neonatal ICU and Pediatrics for many years. I also did private duty nursing in the home for infants just out of NICU with long term problems. Then I moved to a busy Urgent care. Now I work in the movie industy as a set medic. I take care of the cast and crew. I own a music company with my husband. I work on the children's music part (Billy Gorilly and the Candy Appletree Family). I love technology and learning new things. I am interested in health and fitness, gardening, and techy gadgets. I am here trying to learn more about marketing and business. I am more of an artist than a business women. I am working on that. I Have already learned so much from this group even before I joined.

Be Creative at Your Library
This years summer library reading program is called Be Creative @ Your Library. This program is a great way to keep kids reading over the summer. It is also a great way to introduce children to the vast assortmant of media the library offers. The program is usually free of charge making it affordable for everyone.
My company Flying Kitten Music has just produced and released Billy Gorilly's 3rd summer reading library song "Be Creative at Your Library"
As a way to give back to the community, Billy Gorilly is offering a free 55 second version of his song to help you promote the summer library program Be Creative @ Your Library 2009.
This song is ready for you to use. it would work perfectly in a radio ad, video, puppet show, or school presentation.
Billy Gorilly's "Be Creative at Your Library" theme song was designed to grab the attention of children and get them excited about what they can learn at the library...so they will be begging to go.

The Best Black Bean Chile
My recipe for the Best Black Bean Chile is not the best because it's some fancy recipe. It is the best because I can make a delicious and nutritious meal using up bits of leftovers that would have been put in the compost bin.
Here is my recipe from last nights dinner.
About 8 servings
Ingredients:
2-15oz. cans Organic Black beans - rinsed and drained
1-15oz. can of Organic White Kidney Beans - rinsed and drained
1-15oz. can of Organic diced tomatoes + a small bit of leftover tomatoes

Does My mp3 player work right?
Hi Twittermoms,
I know you are very busy and I respect that. If you could spare a couple of minutes I would be very thankful. I am not trying to sell you anything. I have just uploaded a song on my website and I want to make sure it works correctly. If I put the mp3 on this blog then I won't know if it works on my site.
I use a MAC computer and I need it tested with a PC. The song is a theme song for the summer library program Be Creative at your Library. I want to make sure it works right bef… Continue

New to Twitter and TwitterMoms

Here I am not really knowing what to do next. So I decided to just start writing something. I have never Twittered before. I have been hearing about it, and was told it is something I should do. So here I am. I am excited about this group and hope I can contribute something of value for others. I have already learned so much in my short time here.
