We used Sing, Spell, Read and Write and it worked great for us. K/level 1. You can find it just about anywhere on the web.

Ditto check with HSLDA and your state laws. If you have primary custody, then I think in most states you get to make the schooling decisions. But HSLDA will be at your side. http://tinyurl.com/ciga
