I am on the hunt for a new wardrobe for my husband. Yesterday I hit Macy's and JC Penney. At Penney's I found some great deals on dress trousers on the clearance racks. The clearance pants were a poly/rayon blend. They were priced as low as $9.97. Quite a few were $11.97 and one pair I liked was a whopping $19.97.
