My children love it. My oldest(14) is addicted to the yoga, my youngest (10) the balance activities. We constantly try to break each others records. I must admit I can't get close to my 10 year olds hula hoop record.
I spend 15 minutes on each section.
I was taken down by my 10 year old in soccer. My highest score was 39 she got 85.

My 10 year old daughter is in the gifted program at her school. It is annoying when people tell me I should not be so focused on my daughters education because we love to go to museums and we live in the book store and she loves to learn new words...

My garments correct the posture, lift the breasts, flatten and strengthen the abdomen, eliminate all back fat as well as lift and firm the rear.
