To change yours, go to "Change my THEME" just under you picture on your page. There are a lot to choose from.
You can move the elements of your page around to (almost) anywhere you want. Move your groups to the top center, comments to the side, etc. Just drage the section's title bar and drop somewhere else.
The feeds, etc. were a little harder to set up, but I found things that worked at sites like springwidgets and widgetbox, and then put them in my text field. I used the RSS field for my latest Flickr photos (grab feed url from Flickr).
