I am a Community Marketing and Cooking Class Specialist for HAPPYFAMILY an organic food line for baby and kids. I teach moms how to make their own baby food and the benefits of using organic foods in their daily diet. I also teach parents how to get their little ones to eat their veggies and show children that healthy foods can be tasty too. My classes range from 6 mos through age 5. Please check out our website at www.happybabyfood.com for more information about our wonderful products. I also do a monthly blog for www.otherhoodllc.com so check that out to get new recipes for the whole family.
On a personal note....I have 2 fantastic boys (3 years and 1 year old) that are exactly 2 years apart (born on the same day). I love spending as much time outside with my family, my husband and I love camping, hiking and outdoor sports. We moved to the Philadelphia area 2 years ago and since then I have become obsessed with gardening, I love it!! I think gardening and cooking is very cheap therapy.

Oooh, being out in that sunshine following rain gardening sounds wonderful! I was so impressed with the farm, the permaculture aspects they are applying, etc. And I LOVED sharing food prep ideas and actual meals there, etc. I plan to visit again as soon as possible!
Tirzah and I go to Wilkes-Barre regularly on candle business/pleasure and sometimes fly in and out of Philly. Which direction are you from there?
Unpacked and readying for getting 'back in the saddle' tomorrow. Feelin groovy, ha!
Welcome to Nourishing Moms, Trina. Sounds like you've found some great choices in 'therapy' :) This weekend I'm at an organic farm, alone, beautiful solitude (have been off all things electronic til just now) and finding it therapeutic to tend the garden and the young chickies. And glad for the hot tub in the garden :) Have food prepared for everyone's return this afternoon, it was a joy to work in this spacious kitchen with such a gorgeous view, and so full of soul-nurturing colors and textures. And find it so satisfying to prepare truly nutritious foods (ala Nourishing Traditions).
