Oh, the action around here!

I have never heard anything derogatory about FF in my community. The regular kidding around and making fun of their 'easy' schedule yes of course, but nothing serious. So it was odd to hear that some communities really look down on their FF's as ...

There are groups for single Mom's, step-Mom's, multiple-Mom's, divorcee's and more. But where is the group that is proud that we made the correct choice the first time and work HARD at holding that first choice? Here we are!

A little about yourself...
I'm a personal trainer and an internet addict. I have lots of sites and biz's. lol

I posted my personal blog to this group, so beware. It's personal, it has explicit lyrics, and it's all my opinions. Just like the tagline says, "Telling it like it is, and not caring if you agree!". I do love a good debate though. ;)

I've been married to my high school sweetheart for 15 years now and we have 2 kids, 1 and 11. Plus the furbabies you can see in the pics above. lol He is a fire fighter/EMT and that has caused all sorts of havoc to my work life. But I truly wouldn't have it any other way. It's his calling, just like mine is to help people in other ways.

I am looking forward to letting my hair out of my ponytail and just chatting with women here. Hope that is what this is for.

Oh and of course I am a total twitter addict. Wow, wish I had come up with that site/program!

Hi Val,

Thanks for posting in response to the procrastination thread that I started. I thought I'd drop this comment by your wall as well.

Thanks for posting this. It's really hard to schedule around 'interruptions.' A lot of the people we work with are parents, and it's super difficult to manage all the tasks and get anything else done. I don't mean to be pushy, but you should check out REFRAME because it helps you shift around time blocks so you don't have to let something go if you get interrupted. REFRAME also works with your work style, so you can manage your schedule to get the little things done before your deadlines, so that you can focus on doing your 'good rushed work' when your deadline is approaching WITHOUT worrying about the little tasks. Direct message me for more info, if you want!

Hey Val - thanks for the invite to your new group, but, I'm on marriage #2.

Your info in the group was not offensive to me at all. Just wanted you to hear it from someone who is not a 'first wives' club person. Sorry you got a hateful email.

Hey Val! Will have to talk to you soon about my affiliate program. People are asking and I'm so overwhelmed.... LOL I guess that's what affiliate managers are for?

I just wanted to say thanks for the kind words. I am often asked how you do it also. I say the same thing every time "We enjoy the time we have together and I try to not think of everything bad that could happen" My cousin whose husband is in the armed forces once asked me that question and I had to laugh. She is the one with the husband that is gone for months at a time and she is wondering how I do it.
Thanks again for your kind words.
