Ok, the bad cake made me have to go around and see pics of some cakes that I HAVE made so it didn't look like I was a totally bad baker! Apparently I'm just not smart enough to be able to microwave a sugar free cake or have the proper ingredients to make it work right.
*sigh*
Anyway....
never said I couldn't bake...that was a sugar free microwave 'nuke in a mug cake' that failed! LOL

Tried the cake in a cup recipe...apparently failed horribly. Don't know if I'd try it again, but I did have to tape us having a little fun with it! (note the sounds and lack of crumblies falling off of it whilst doing this repeatedly! LOL)
Sorry for the laughing and wrecked kitchen, I'm still slap happy tonight, and we're painting and cleaning up the kitchen before our 'hopefully by the end of the year' move!
