I have gone from where I couldn't walk to walking
4 miles 5 days a week. I walk our kids to school
and home. It is nice because going there i get to
talk with the kids and coming home in the morning
I have time for myself. Same in the afternoon go...

when you see a tweet on twitter you can reply by putting the @ in front of the name
oror off to the right of the tweet you will see a star or a curved arrow just hit the curved
arrow and you can send a reply that way to some one.

i don't unfollow if some one doesn't answer my @ if they don't

I've 1 account on twitter which is for both personal and business.

You my want to tilt the tread mill more. I walk 4 miles a day.
This and changing my diet by taking out the soda i've lost
30 pounds. All so i couldn't walk or run for 5 years before
this and now i'm walking 4 miles after my knee operations.

Ours start Thursday it didn't get off to a great start.
I walked the kids to school. Than went shopping i
get a call from hubby saying our daughter doesn't
have to be at school till 10 am. So she walks back
home. Her and her brother go back at 10....
