A little about yourself...: Mother to two wonderful boys. Tyler is 2 and Adon is 1. I'm a wife, stay-at-home mom, freelance graphic designer trying to do it all: Love my hubby, raise my boys, work from home and keep everything together.

Boycott Products Made in China

About a year ago my husband and I declared that we would no long purchase products manufactured in China. As you can imagine this isn't always easy.

First step: eliminate the panderer...Walmart. We no longer shop there and have also convinced family members and close friends to do the same.

Second step: Make it a habit to check all labels, tags and boxes for the "Made in" section. If it says China, put it back, it's gonna break on ya anyway :/

Third step: Check out sites like Made in the USA and Still Made in the USA. These are especially helpful for moms and/or parents trying to find toys made in the US.
