Hi! Wanted to respond to your question about teaching as an adjunct ... I taught three semesters at the College of Charleston and gained a new respect for college professors. It's quite a bit of work - grading, prepping for classes, etc., but if you teach high school, you're used to that. I was doing that along with a full-time job. The pay isn't great but it's nice extra income and I really wanted the experience. I got a master's degree with the idea I might teach one day and wanted to give it a try.
Thank you, Jaha :) For me the best thing today was addressing the Raw Milk Symposium in Toronto, from my Farmers Market here in Central California via speakerphone. I am passionate about nutrition and love what raw milk does for me and for others!
I invite you to read my blog at www.myspace.com/annduncan to see why I value that 'best' question so highly in my life.
