New at all this "twittering", but i think i'm going to like it.
Joined several groups for different interests. I've never been one for posting comments and such, but I've actually done it and ... cool!
I guess my next step will be to actually begin a discussion! we'll see how it goes...

I don't really know much about gluten-free, yet. Have a hunch that my current
choices pretty much exclude it anyway. I would have NEVER dreamed of being
able to do this sort of stuff. Amazing what physical issues can motivate one to do,
yes?
I'm super into healthy foods because of the difference I've seen it make in people's
lives, besides my own. And I'm super not into what 'mainstream' propaganda puts out
there as to what is healthy and what is not, ha!
