Oh, the action around here!
I didn't find the title of this offensive at all. I am thrilled to still be married to my one and only.
There are groups for single Mom's, step-Mom's, multiple-Mom's, divorcee's and more. But where is the group that is proud that we made the correct choice the first time and work HARD at holding that first choice?
Here we are!
We have a Vita-Mix and love it.

So glad you joined Red Hat Moms! We're a new group...and I'm new at TwitterMoms and trying to figure out simple things like how to start a discussion. I've found that looking in Help doesn't always give me an answer!
I live in Salem, Oregon, have three grown daughters and one grandson. I'm a quilter and am involved in lots of quilting activities (Guild, classes, clubs, etc.), volunteer at a Women's Crisis center, the Historic Elsinore Theatre and Salem Repertory Theater. I am always dieting. We moved here 3 1/2 years ago and I've gained a ton (well, not REALLY a TON, but lots!) and seem to have trouble being motivated to stick to a diet. Maybe it's one of the things that's harder to do when you're over 50...or in my case, 60!
I hope to hear from you again and to figure out the ins and outs of this Web site so I can make Red Hat Moms an active site.

- I'm married to my best friend, have 3 adult children, 4 grandchildren and blessed with 4 great grandchildren (1 biological and the other 3 from our grandson marrying a woman with 3 children). Live in Southern Arizona and work from home in a few home-based businesses.
