Do you write for kids? Do you write for adults? Fantasy? Fiction? History? Let's face it, you write alone, but you don't have to be alone. Let's support each other.

Do you have a Twitter account? What do you tweet about?

I tweet about my fight with breast cancer and being a brand new mom. I am trying to find more people to follow me so that my story will help spread awareness:

I think I've found a food solution for the summer! I plan to go to the dollar store and get a cool basket for each boy. Each Monday I'll fill it with snacks that should get them through the week. The basket is theirs to do as they wish. they can trade, squander, give freely, whatever. The hitch is when it's gone, it's gone - no more snacks!!!

As for me and weight loss - ugh. I have now decided to cut out all soft drinks. When the last of ours are gone, I'm not buying any more. We will all drink water. I also plan to do more outdoor things with my boys this year - hike, nature walks, bike, etc. Our garden will be producing veggies soon, and we will eat them! :) And of course since I'll have 4 of us to feed at lunch, I won't be as quick to stop in for some fast food like I have been with just 2 of us throughout the school year. I'm hoping that will give me a jump start on a healthier lifestyle.

I too am worried of what to do with my boys all summer. In some ways I'm glad that the school year is over because it means NO HOMEWORK. But then I have 3 boys running around and eating everything that isn't nailed down. It could be interesting!

I so agree with you, Melanie, would rather be a sub!

I invite you, should you be so inclined, to visit my blog about the 'best question' on my fun page at www.myspace.com/annduncan and read why I value that question so highly in my life :)

Blessings...

Have been in this area since 2000. Before that was in SE Asia for 13 yrs. I invite you to take a peek at www.myspace.com/annduncan for more on that :) My SIL is a paraprofessional here. Is there a demand for teachers there? Doesn't seem to be here.

What sort of scents do you like best?

Blessings!

thank you all for welcoming me to twittermoms. I just got back home from a double hitter, My t-baller Connor played today , well he decided to kick back in the stands for a while then he went in, in the last inning , you never know what's going on in the mind if a 4 year old,
My twelve year old ,Cameron played the late game , he is a pitcher and a catcher, he is very hard on himself, it is sometimes hard to ci=onvince him that he played his heart out, he is a perfectionist- God help me football season is right around the corner- he is a quarterback!! Tomorrow my boys Carson and Devin play, their team is in first place, it shoould be a very fun game, I enjoy watching my boys play,I do not know what I would do with out them.
