i've been to dots once when it first opened and wasn't impressed, but am willing to give it a second chance. i wish i had a crumbs or sprinkles nearby.

Eagle Rock does have the best taco trucks... enjoy. If you are ever in the pasadena area, there is a delish truck on Fairoaks close to California they open at 7 p.m. No fish, but good meat.

- I also recall a set of dolls that one of my daughters and a friend had (during college years)
and they made up all sorts of outrageous adventures as the dolls, with their human companions,
crossed the Pacific repeatedly (both girls were raised in Asia and attended a BC university).
I remember there was a sad day when one of the dolls disappeared, forever, leaving no clues :/
Ahh...may we never grow up in the areas that count!
Will beware the blog's possible adult content and political jokes, ha!

- Hope you don't mind my sharing your Mooch monkey idea, I think some of my family would really enjoy your blog, as well as creating their own sort of adventuring creature.
One of my sons-in-law did something along this line when he created a storybook as a gift for my daughter, before they were married and while she was far away, working in SE Asia, where she was raised. Your blogging adventures move it up quite a few fun notches :)
