I've read it and I REALLY liked it. It's a lot different than Twilight and I was okay with that. I did take about 10 chapters to get into it but then it really took off. You can see that her writing has grown since she first wrote Twilight.
I just bought "The Host" this weekend. I agree that it took a little bit to get into it. It's definitely not "Twilight" but I'm kinda glad for that. I wouldn't want SM to try & do more "Twilight"-esque books without the original characters. This i...
