Oh, the action around here!

My guilty little secret...I love reality TV! Not every show, I have standards and skip a few, but I love reality shows for the different perspectives they bring on the way others live their lives.

A little about yourself...
Mom to 2 adult boys. The oldest works for Alaska Airlines so he flys off for a fun weekend in PARIS or DUBLIN. Am I jealous? A little. I get the same flying benefits as he does (nice perk Alaska!) but my MS makes it hard for me to travel.

My "baby' turns 21 in January and is in his 3rd year at Washington State University. He scuba dives and fences for fun. He's studying Wildlife Management.

My dh of 25-years (Oct 08) is a lieutenant with a fire department near Seattle, WA. He has almost 30 years (gosh we're OLD!). He turned 50 this year.

I'm also mom to 3 dogs - a Brittany (the old guy), a Pomeranian (the neurotic one), and a Maltese (the clown) as well as one cat.

I work from home because of a neurological problem that doesn't allow me to work full-time any more. I'm so glad I'm still able to be productive.
I'm now blogging at http://www.miscellaneousfinds4u.com/blog and would love some readers! :)

Looking forward to meeting you all.

Do you draw, paint, take photos? How about your kids? Join us in making Art Cards for Soldiers!

Soldiers serving abroad have many needs, but one of the ones that comes at the top of their wish list, are cards to send home to their loved ones. Most soldiers are serving in remote locations with little available in the way of luxuries or basics like writing materials. This gives the soldiers a way to celebrate the occasions they’re missing. Rather than shop the isles at Hallmark, we have called in the favors of artist f… Continue

Hi Connie

I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a mom, a fomer teacher turned business owner. My partner and I started a swimwear company after we searched and searched for swimwear but didn't find any good options.

Since we're new here we wanted to share our belated Mother's Day Savings with you. Use the Mother's Day coupon on all swimsuits, swimwear, and water gear.

Dear Connie and Family :)
A Special Sweet Holiday Song from me to you and Family.

Michael Bublé - Grown-Up Christmas List

Michael Bublé - Grown-Up Christmas List
Lyric:
Do you remember me?
I sat upon your knee
I wrote to you with childhood fantasies
Well, I'm all grown-up now
Can you still help somehow?
I'm not a child, but my heart still can dream
So here's my lifelong wish
My grown-up Christmas list
Not for myself, but for a world in need
No more lives torn apart
That wars would never start
And time would heal all hearts
Every man would have a friend
That right would always win
And love would never end
This is my grown-up Christmas list
What is this illusion called the innocence of youth?
Maybe only in that blind belief can we ever find the truth
No more lives torn apart
That wars would never start
And time would heal all hearts
Every man would have a friend
That right would always win
And love would never end
This is my grown-up Christmas list
This is my only lifelong wish
This is my grown-up Christmas list

Blessings,
Kelly
