Welcome to twittermoms! The rumors are true -- I started this place. We've got an AWESOME group of women connecting on all sorts of topics, so make yourself at home. If you haven't already, check out the groups you find interesting, check out the discussions, view profiles of other moms, add friends, and start twittering with some great new people.
PS: You can let your friends know when you're on twittermoms with a click of the Announce Yourself button.
I'm a single mom with 2 kids (one with special needs). I work full time as a community manager for the MySpace developer platform. Thankfully this is a dream job that allows me to be flexible enough to work some hours from home so I can continue to keep up with all the mom and school stuff.
My oldest kid is a super genius, and my youngest has Williams Syndrome. I have the best of both worlds. :)
