Hi! That is actually a great time to visit Disney World. The middle of August starts to hit value seasons in regards to crowds. It does still rain and is peak hurricane season, so bring your rain gear. For crowds, it is a perfect time to visit! Please let me know if you need any other tips. Always happy to help!

I left my career as a television talk show prodcuer when my first child was born to return to school for a degree in education. I graaduated from Bank Street College of Education in NYC with a masters in Parent/Child Development. I now work as a Parent Coach helping parents better understand and connect with thier children and deal with various parenting issues. I have three children ages 14, 11 and 9.
