So here is how it works:

1.) Get a microphone ($20) headset - my laptop its built in
2.) sign up for the www.skype.com and download it to pc
3.) call anyone, anywhere in the world for FREE (as long as they too have skype).
4.) Cool add ons too that help you manage your biz better.

Example,

You have a client that's interested in wholesaling your wonderful products but there's a problem.... Long distance COSTS 2 MUCH.

So lets assume that you both have skype (I would recommend it my client).

You schedule a time to give them a call. Open up skype on your PC (kind of like Yahoo IM, AOL IM, etc).

Search the client by their name/username/phone number

Hit the "Call" button and start talking - for FREE.

That's it. I was on the phone with Malika for almost 3 hours chatting away (biz of course... wink wink). And if it wasn't for her, I was going to simply ignore it.

Get little too and I highly recommend it.
