Oh, the action around here!
Hi all, New here and wondered about VAs and if you can truely earn a living. I' m exploring options as I plan to do some VA work for a friend.
A group for moms who are virtual assistants or want to be virtual assistants to talk, discuss, and help each other.

Depends on my mood. I usually don't have more than 2 in a night, okay maybe 3 when the kids were aweful all day! Let's say maybe 3 - 6 glasses a week? Unless I'm having a bad week hehe

My son is 2.5 yrs old. Has been with a nanny or in daycare since he was 4 mos. old. I've been working part time and going to school, but all of a sudden I'm starting to feel real guilty. I really feel I should be home wit...
We know ALL moms work, and work hard. We just happen to work outside the home. Lets talk about day care, family leave policies, sick days, missing our kids and more...
Our nanny made pretty much the same I did to work full-time after taxes. So she made $20/hr for two kids, tax-free. We paid half of that for our child. It was a nanny-share. Crazy.

I wonder when I will stop calling my son “baby”, referring to him as a “baby” or when talking with my husband, saying “the baby”. It just seems so strange to say son. It makes me feel old. I guess he will always be my baby but saying it and feeling it are two different things. There also will come a time when he may react to being called a baby negatively. Like, “Hey, I’m not a baby!!” Maybe that’s when I’ll change it. I just like saying baby. Baby baby baby. You’ll always be my baby!!!
