Hi Tracy,

I'm writing to introduce you to a new website I launched for Triangle parents a little over a year ago. Triangle TRACKS, located online at www.triangletracks.com, is an acronym for "Tools, Resources and Activities for Carolina Kids." As a local mom of three and a former magazine editor, I've come across lots of great resources for kids in the Triangle region, so I decided to put them all on ONE website for local families to use. Triangle TRACKS is also a social networking site for parents, so those who join can post blogs, forums, calendar events and other information for other parents to see. I also issue a free, monthly e-newsletter filled with children’s events and resources planned for that month. Let me know if you’d like to subscribe.

Due to the success of Triangle TRACKS, I started Charlotte TRACKS at www.charlottetracks.com for parents in the Charlotte region last month. I’m hoping it will achieve the same success as Triangle TRACKS.

I wanted to reach out to you to find out if you could let your Triangle friends know about this site via email, Twitter or other social networking sites you belong to. And if you get a chance, let me know what you think of Triangle TRACKS.

By the way, my Twitter URL is http://twitter.com/triangletracks.

Thanks,
Elizabeth Shugg

I have 4 kids, 3 boys and 1 girl. granted my boys are not very old but the testostone is flying already I swear! Its a constant battle of I can do this can you do it better and of course all the dare devil stuff they try. Then of course my daughter has to try. I really don't know who is worse my daughter for following or the boys for taunting her!

5 Boys you should be writing for my magazine. I publish Junior, a resource guide all about bringing up successful boys and building strong families. Any women able to deal with 5 boys in the same house and a husband should be profiled in the pages of Junior. I am working on an article about best-practices in building successful families. You have given me an article idea of women surrounded by men. Please be in touch. Please introduce your network to Junior. www.juniorthemagazine.com. I look forward to a feature story on you and your family in the magazine.

Hi Tracy. It sounds like you have a wonderful relationship with your boys. I am happy to meet you. I am sure that being moms of older boys gives a lot in common. I hope we can stay in touch.
Take care,
Mary Ann

Great to have you here! We've got an incredible group of women connecting on all sorts of topics, so kick back and make yourself at home. Check out the Twittermoms groups (we have something for everybody). The Twittermoms discussions are quite entertaining, too. Or, just get to know your fellow Twittermoms by browsing some Twittermoms profiles or searching for moms who share your interests, add friends, and start twittering with some incredibly smart and interesting moms.

PS: Let your friends know when you're on twittermoms with a click of the Announce Yourself link in your welcome box. If your Twitter friends are interested, they can check out the cool new place you've found!

Again -- if there is anything I can do for you, please let me know.
