Does anyone have a recipe or green tomatoes that they would like to share? I just harvested the last of my tomatoes and most are green. I wanted to get them before the frost did because once they freeze they are no longer usable.

Nope, I was born in Charlotte NC. My dad was born in Lamia Greece and my mom in Michigan, but her parents were born in Greece. Then she moved back over when she was 14 and then met my dad and they moved back here to the states.
Thats awesome about your son. How cool is that!!! To have a son in the Olympics. I have always been amazed at the athletes and their will and determination to succeed and be the best. How fantastic.
I have not been to Greece since I was 15. I need to go soon with my hubby and little one.
