Elle C Turner Join the Movement!

Chiczofrenic – intentionally crazy…no disclaimers Many women drive themselves crazy, sometimes intentionally, trying to be all they can be. Women fight to have all they desire: strong love relationships, valuable friendships, amazing children, well-kept homes, successful careers, realized dreams, healthy bodies, and the list goes on. But at some point along the journey, while trying to accomplish all of our pursuits, we tend to go a little nuts. Some more than others; some longer than others;… Continue

Momversation Did You Have a Birth Plan?

There are so many possible choices when giving birth: C-section or vaginal birth? Pain medication or no? Circumcision or not? Then there's little decisions, such as whether you want to listen to music during labor or if you want to take pictures of the delivery. But do you need a written-out plan to have your wishes carried out? Momversation Does Swine Flu Scare You?

It's all over the news. It's the most popular topic on Twitter in recent days. The World Health Organization has even raised its pandemic alert rate to 5 on a 6-point scale because of it. It's the Swine Flu, or H1N1, and it's the scariest disease this side of SARS.

Tee Wilson Girls and their nails!

I've worn acrylic nails for almost 15 years. Why? Because when I was a little girl, I brutalized my own nails. I would suck, bite, knaw and chomp on them as if they were covered in Lemonhead juice. (You would have to know how much I loved Lemonheads to know the significance of that!) In other words, I never let my nails grow to be strong and healthy. For some reason, I picked up the habit of nail biting and I couldn't stop. When I reached my teens and getting manicures became more common for eve… Continue
