Today was the big day, Back to School! In an effort to be prepared, the night before I asked my 2nd grader what he would pick as his favorite lunch items. The reply I got was “Pizza… oh, and plums. This is officially my fifteenth year of sending children off to school, and I have had some definite winners and losers in the lunch box category. Having children in private school means the… Continue

Advice cards are a fun thing to do at weddings, why not also at a baby showers as an added activity and take home memory for the new mom! But why not put a spin on it and make it "What Not to Do with your baby" and share a funny story? Like... "Never Leave Dog Food one the Floor, or your baby might think they are Cheerios" This helps the mom to be know that she might make mistakes, but so has everyone else, it is only human and normal. It also usually gives people a good laugh. Have some people… Continue
