No Holiday Blues...

I sincerely hope everyone had a blessed and wonderful holiday, thus far. I'm feeling guilty for not working lately. I have been trying to update my websites and blogs, which is fun when the pressure isn't on. Our christmas has been wonderful thus far. Kids all seemed pleased with their gifts. My daughter is in TN visiting her dad. I just hope she is on the plane on Friday. She's at that age, turning 16 on January 3rd. I just want to see her happy, finish high school and go to college. Thats all… Continue

Christmas Plays, Singing Trees and more!

Well we are officially half-way through the holiday month! Wrapping up presents for loved ones and wrapping up another year. I believe we've all figured out that the uuhhmm, older we get the faster the years seem to fly by and we sit and ponder, where did this year go? Went wine tasting last night, enjoyed the variety of whites and reds, from Chardonney from CA to rose' and reds, sweet to sparkling and full-body red. I love the temporary buzz, with no residual effects either. ;-) Although I was tired when I got home, I didnt get some work done that i needed to and had hoped to accomplish. sidebar: I v… Continue

spas, teens, migranes and more

You'd think after being pampered with a few spa treatments I'd feel wonderful. I did, well for at least a little while. But i've still had migranes, and headaches. Maybe its some of these chemicals we use to clean our homes. But I don't want to be negative here. I have much work to accomplish today. One of my favorite things to do to pamper myself on a limited budget, is a pedicure. Its so relaxing to let someone release the tension from your body with just a few minutes of massaging your feet.… Continue
