Health and Safety of Preschool Children

I was shocked when I opened the door to my daughter's preschool, I could see the children through the drywall dust, a number of them had their ears plugged from the exceptionally loud noise coming from the west side of the room. I inquired with Valerie the owner of the Preschool and asked why she had chosen to renovate during the hours of operation (8am-3pm) instead of after 3pm, she said it cost 3 times as much money. Release Yourself!

While watching the PBS program The Story of India I realized the women, (mothers, wives, sisters, daughters, grandmothers) who gather annually for a ceremony where they release themselves of all negative energy are really on to something... Obviously as it is a tradition passed down generations spanning several centuries. I decided I needed to release myself also! You know from food, emotional baggage.. a little meditation goes a long way! Anyone else have anything to add? Continue
