Working Woes

So It's Sunday (my Wed) and its mucha mulah day here. They pay us OT just for walking in the door on a Sunday so I try not to miss it. When I got up and wandered thru the house, boys n Gryff playing Monopoly, Fanya doing laundry & on the phone & planning Guitar Hero time & lil miss watching Alvin & the Chipmunks. ...And Now It's Friday

It's the first day of my work week, so its *my* Monday. Ready: Well, Ben just completed the DATE course to qualify for his Learner's Permit (yay). So if $$ permits I'll drag him down for his 1st DMV trauma *ahem* I mean experience. He'll get his permit & have to have it for a year before he can get his DL. Grr Dammit

So I get home a li after 6am this morning and pass out just after 7 *yay*. I wake up around 8 to noise in the kitchen/dining/living room. SO I push back the sleep mask & dig out the ear plugs. Can't put em as deep as I like b/c then I wont hear the three alarms I have set to try to get my wore-out ass up for work. About 10am, awake again...more noise -laughter, jokes bumps & thumps..grr, screw it. Lost the mask but earplugs intact. Shoved em a lil deeper and tried to doze back off...didn… Continue

UFC 91

OK so I'm totally digging the UFC fight. Started watching it a couple years ago when I was stuck home recovering from double carpal tunnel surgery. I work @ the cable company so I get stupid discounts. If I bought these PPV events @ home I'd pay half price. But I'm always at work when they come on..so I watch em at work..to make sure the broadcast is clean of course *cough*.
