I started my own little #hhf hashtag last week for Happy Hubby Friday - a simple way for wives to focus some thoughts on their husband so that when he arrives home from work for the evening and weekend, you'll be looking forward to him coming home, will let him KNOW that you were looking forward to it and, consequently, he'll be a happier man too.

I bit the bullet a few weeks ago and added a second twitter handle (I watch them both with Twhirl) so I could follow a small segment of people with the second one. Not sure if I'm biting off more than I can chew but we'll see. So far it's working well.

Last weekend we took the girls to see the movie Fireproof at the theater. We don't go to movies much but we wanted to support these producers plus it looked pretty good.
We weren't disappointed - they did a great job - the story was exciting and funny and emotional on all levels. I enjoyed the comic relief throughout but appreciated how they handled the tension too. Really great job.

I had a very fun interview this week with two great guys who have a wonderful CD for preschoolers (and the parents who love them). Fun tunes, great lyrics - both parents and kids will enjoy listening to these great songs over and over.

I absolutely LOVE this book - love it love it love it. Did I say I love it?
Todoodlist Ebook is a book I stumbled on yesterday when I was blog hopping. I've spent a lot of money on different ways to organize my time, etc but this book was so fun, engaging and incredibly practical - I was hooked on page two and the author hadn't even talked about the "system" yet.

I read this great little ebook last night - all about simplicity, ditching a bunch of the technology and going back to using a pencil and paper to really get things done. It was well written, a quick read and fun.
