Am I Ready For The Lemonade Master Cleanse? Join Me. Well, I am going on my journey to Living on purpose!! Tonight. I am drinking my tea get regular and in the morning my new life starts.. I will be blogging about the process Good and bad so I ask for your help and support to do 30 days on My new life change... Yes I Can!! I want change in my life and I know in order for me to reach the level of success I deserve in my life it starts with this process. Yes I have been successful but I want to push out the limits... I know I can accomplish more tha I have already.. I have been reading about the power of focus so I will begin to see how strong my mind really is....12/8/08

Today is Tuesday 12/9 I am getting ready for the morning sea salt wash... This is when you start cleansing I will tell the what happens later this evening.

Okay- I did the lemonade Master Cleanse. I believe it was 10 days that included lemonade, spices, etc. I lasted three days, but please note that I was pretty cleansed by that time. It was a great detox and after the cleanse, I continued with my journey to lose 30+ pounds.
Smaller portions, no candy, no junk food or fast food, and exercise. It worked!! After seven months I have dropped the weight!
So- GO FOR IT! It works and will make you feel terrible and wonderful in the end. Best of Everything!

I'll tune in for this journey. I definitely want to hear about the process, as well as the results.

Today is Thursday. Guess what I ate food... I am going to restart on Sunday because I need to really prepare my mind. That what hapens on this cleanse you must prepare your mind!!!
