This week, we played "The Fitness Game" and had a blast keeping healthy -- even indoors, even in the middle of Winter.
It is satisfying to feel that we can stay fit and raise healthy kids at the same time. What's better
is knowing that we are having fun and spending great time together. It's the best way to fight the
Winter blues.
