Health and Safety of Preschool Children

I was shocked when I opened the door to my daughter's preschool, I could see the children through the drywall dust, a number of them had their ears plugged from the exceptionally loud noise coming from the west side of the room. I inquired with Valerie the owner of the Preschool and asked why she had chosen to renovate during the hours of operation (8am-3pm) instead of after 3pm, she said it cost 3 times as much money. I offered to take my daughter Lila home and bring her back when it was a safe environment. Can you believe that in front of my daughter she threatened me!, stating that I should send her to another school. I simply replied that it was not appropriate to comprise the health and safety of the children to save money, that wasn't what I agreed to pay for, and that my daughter should not be kicked out of school because she couldn't accept constructive criticism.
