MomMeet Expo Event in Frisco, TX in need of vendors of handmade items!
Tenatively called MomMeet Expo! We are looking now for vendors of HANDMADE goods to be a part of our now exclusive event....Please check the website for more details and to sign up, hurry, first come first served, we have room for only 20 vendors! We would also consider vendors of items used to make things by hand.
**Important vendor information: If you wan to be a vendor, you MUST contact me so we can arrange a time to meet at the facility. ALL vendors will be fisrt come fisrt served. To become a vendor, you must make a payment for the space at time of venue visit. We have 20 spaces avail for vendors. Each vendor will share a room with other vendors. After all vendors have secured spots, we will have a mandatory meeting at the venue to pick the rooms you will be in and who you will be sharing with. This will be an exclusive event and will have tickets sales for entry. Please see site for more details. Vendor spots are $50.00. The cost includes space to sell your items, advertising and having volunteers to help you out. All venders must provide a display for your goods. CASH only at the event to be paid directly to you. I am going to try to see if we can get bags donated, however, you may need to provide those.**
Venue: Bella Body Wraps Gaylord Pkwy, across from Nordstrom. Frisco, TX
Date: Sunday, December 6,2009 Event from 12pm-6pm. Set up 10-12pm. Take down 6-7pm.
Cost of event: Tickets pre-sold will be $5.00, at the door will be $7.00 (All proceeds to go to a fundraising group TBA).
All vendors will sign a contract of service at time of paying for their spot. If you choose not to be a vendor, we do have sponsorships for $50.00 which will included advertising at the event via flyers and on the website.
WE are also in need of items for a fund-raising raffle. With a donation, you will also receive advertising at the event and on the website.
