Working Woes

So It's Sunday (my Wed) and its mucha mulah day here. They pay us OT just for walking in the door on a Sunday so I try not to miss it.
When I got up and wandered thru the house, boys n Gryff playing Monopoly, Fanya doing laundry & on the phone & planning Guitar Hero time & lil miss watching Alvin & the Chipmunks. Diva was getting some much-deserved chilly time in bed with a book, and I..had to go to work..
Damn.
Yeh, times like this I despise the circumstances that make it impossible for me to have joined that Monopoly game, or bedded down w/Diva.
*sigh*
And the days I have off, Gryff doesn't...and Diva doesn't..and the kids don't...so we keep missing each other and I miss them...But missing work is detrimental to family & they don't give sick time pay for
I'd-rather-be-home-with-my-family-itis.

If only...
