TwitterMoms Wine Tasting Tweet-Up

We kicked off 2009 with another crazy and fun TwitterMoms Wine Tasting Tweet-Up! It's so much fun, we can't stop now!

Here's how it works...The Twitter Wine Moms group will select a bottle of wine that we'll all crack open on Feb. 27th at 5:00 pm PST or bring your own! We'll share our tasting notes via Twitter! More info to come. Please RSVP!

We have selected the wine! This time I thought we should try a white since we have tasted only reds up til now. So, here it is...Fetzer Pinot Grigio California Valley Oaks 2007 $9 (Wine Spectator). Should be easy to find at your local store or you can always bring your own!

Two things you MUST do to make the event work for everyone:

Sue - did you get your tweet to work? Seems to work ok if you write your comment, add a space and then do the #tmwc.

I made a tweet with #tmwc in it, but I don't see it in the conversation. Did I do something wrong? I'm new at this.

I'll be with 2 other families w/kids...so we'll need wine. I usually just go for chardonnay...but I'll swing with Pinot at 5pm. I just have to get to the store btwn now and fri:)

I absolutely love Pinot - great choice!! I rsvp'd just in time as I only really like one type of red wine. can't wait!! Maybe I'll invite some friends over while I tweet...

Is attending remotely from a wine bar count?! LOL I will make sure I pick a place that has the Fetzer. I can't disappoint my girlfriends though so figured I'd multitask the event!
